How to request the deletion of your Sarox account and data
How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly from the Sarox mobile app by following these steps:
Open the Sarox app on your device.
Go to the Settings tab.
Scroll to the very bottom of the page.
Tap "Delete my account".
Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
Your account profile (email, preferences, settings)
All training and workout data synced to the server
Active subscriptions (automatically cancelled)
Data that may be retained
Billing and payment records managed by Stripe may be retained as required by applicable financial regulations and tax laws. These records do not contain training data or personal preferences.
