• Media Library (Write): Enables saving workout videos and photos to your device's photo library when you choose to save them.

• Audio Background Mode: Allows the app to play timer sounds and rest notifications even when the app is in the background.

• Location: The app does NOT collect or use location data. Some third-party libraries reference location APIs, but no location data is accessed or stored.

All your workout data, programs, and settings are stored exclusively on your device using secure local storage mechanisms:

• Local Storage Only: No workout data, programs, or personal information is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

• No Cloud Sync: The app does not currently offer cloud synchronization or backup features.

• Data Deletion: All app data is permanently deleted when you uninstall the application from your device.

• Device Security: Your data benefits from your device's built-in security features, including encryption and biometric locks.
